Some of my preferred ways to unwind are as follows:
- Long hot shower and skin care.
- Reading a book/ catching up on a series that I am currently watching.
- Journaling my days events and memory-keeping.
- Thanking God for keeping me safe all day long.
The last step being hit the bed. I know that this might not look like much, but this is something that keeps me going and keeps me happy. We all have different ways to cope with a stressed long day. I hope there is something you do too to relax and unwind.
