I have always hated the word exercise. Somehow it felt very negative to me. But, I love dancing and that’s my way of exercising. While dancing every part of our body moves and it does the trick.
So keep dancing people! Let out those happy hormones and get fit in a fun way. Even if you don’t want to get fit, its fine, just dance. its the most liberating thing we can do. In this stress filled world, dance is the best way to get rid of all the stress that’s trapped in your body.
